By accessing any Almas Print service you agree to the terms below, so please read them carefully and contact us with any questions.
Acceptance of terms
When you request a quotation, approve a proof, or authorise production, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms. If you represent an organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to bind it to this agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate artwork files, approving proofs, and meeting payment schedules. Any project delays resulting from incomplete assets or approvals may affect delivery timelines and associated costs.
Production & liability
We guarantee workmanship consistent with approved proofs and specifications. Almas Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the invoiced work. We will, however, reprint or repair any piece that does not match the agreed production standard.
Changes & cancellations
Requests to change or cancel a project must be communicated in writing. Charges may apply for time and materials already incurred. We may update these terms periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
